Design
The Nala dungarees are our long dungaree style. Designed with adjustable straps that tie at the front, a low open back with a coconut button to fasten, and two large front pockets. Nala are loose in style, giving a lot of space to breathe and play. The bottom hem falls just after the shin, before the ankle. Wear Nala during the spring and summer months as an easy go to outfit, or in the winter paired with a long sleeve turtle neck underneath, big socks and ankle boots. The Nala dungarees are a staple wardrobe piece, for every body shape, to be loved season after season.
Materials
This is the finest quality linen, sourced from an artisan in India who hand makes the fabric to order on traditional weaving looms. The fabric has been hand dyed, with each colour specifically chosen for this collection. The material is 100% linen. Linen is a strong yet lightweight fabric made from flax plant fibres. This natural material is good for your skin, and for our Mother Earth. Linen absorbs moisture on hot summer days, and is fully biodegradable.

This garment goes on a long journey to be created. First, we hand make the samples at our base in Gozo through many months of trial and error. We then ship the samples off to our production team in India who cut every piece of the pattern by hand. A small team hand sew every garment from start to finish, meaning we do not use factories. A real human who loves the work they do is behind the making of your garment. We pay our team a fair wage, and we know who made your clothes. We want to keep the traditional way of making fabric and clothing alive, and therefore we choose to take our time to create unique and special pieces that will last a long time.
Environment
We produce in small batches, minimising waste and creating with quality. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging.
