From the date an order is delivered, you will have 30 days to contact us and initiate a return. Please ensure that you pack your garment in a way to protect it on the return journey, and include all tags that the garment came with. Returns must be unworn and undamaged. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or design you will have 30 days to contact us and initiate an exchange. As we are a slow fashion business we may not have the item you desire in stock as we have a limited number of pieces, so please bear with us as we do everything we can to exchange exactly what you ask for. Please ensure that you pack your garment in a way to protect it on the return journey, and include all tags that the garment came with. Exchanges must be unworn and undamaged.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
✺ To return or exchange an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to you within 7 days.
✺ Return and exchange shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✺ Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Woven Seeds.
✺ You will be refunded by the same method with which you paid for your return, excluding the original shipping costs.
✺ Please note we are a small team therefore our returns are processed once a week, so please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once we receive your request.
